CLASSES START 5 - 10 MINUTES AFTER ARRIVAL TIME AND INCLUDE 5O MINUTES OF A COMBINATION OF AEROBICS, TONING AND PILATES

IF YOU REQUIRE A WEIGH-IN, YOU MUST ARRIVE PROMPTLY FOR THE CLASS TO WEIGH-IN BEFORE THE EXERCISE OR YOU CAN BE WEIGHED IN AFTER THE CLASS.  Weigh in is 1
